Spicy, Cheesy Bouyiourdi

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 200C. In a baking dish, layer the feta, tomato, pepper and boukovo.

Sprinkle the grated kasseri on top and bake for approximately 15 minutes to melt the cheeses. Add the oregano and olive oil before serving as an appetizer.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 gr feta cheese
  • 100 gr spicy kaseri cheese, grated
  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • 1 hot green cow-horn pepper, seeded and finely sliced
  • Pinch of boukovo red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano, finely chopped, or ½ tbsp dried
  • 30 ml olive oil
