The first hotel complex with luxury apartments in Greece will be run by the Radisson Hotel Group, under the Radisson Red brand. “Radisson RED Mitropoleos Square Athens” is set to open in the second half of 2023.
The property in question is located at Mitropoleos Square, next to the Metropolitan Cathedral of Athens, in the Plaka neighborhood. The project aims to transform an existing office building into apartments of sophisticated design with the possibility of providing selected hospitality services.
 
In total, the Radisson RED Mitropoleos Square Athens will include 94 small apartments with kitchens, as well as a 150 square meter meeting room, a gym, and two restaurants. On the ground floor, there will be a restaurant overlooking the square, while a roof top bar and restaurant on the top floor, run by a renowned chef, will boast an Acropolis view.
The Radisson RED Mitropoleos Square Athens is the third property of the Radisson Hotel Group in the Greek capital, and the seventh in operation of under construction in Greece in total.
