From June this year, Santorini will become the third Greek destination for Qatar Airways, in addition to Athens and Mykonos.
Qatar Airways flights to the popular Aegean island will be operated three times a week by Airbus A320 aircraft, with 12 seats in Business Class and 132 seats in Economy Class.
 
In the first week of June, the airline will also start its services to Mykonos with four flights a week, and twice daily flights to Athens.
Qatar Airways is based at Doha Hamad International Airport.
The head of Qatar Airways, Akbar Al Baker, said: “We are pleased to add Santorini to our international destinations for 2022. This new destination, along with Athens and Mykonos, is becoming our third gateway to it. the beautiful country. We are committed to providing our passengers with as many direct connections as possible. This expansion will further consolidate our relationship with Greece.”
