Grilled sardines served in a converted boat garage was the dinner experience that Canadian popstar Justin Bieber, and his wife Hailey, chose on their visit to Milos during their cruise in the Aegean.
The 27-year-old singer and his wife, who are the latest in a row of international stars choosing to spend their post-covid vacation in Greece this summer, left the paparazzi in Mykonos this weekend to experience local gastronomy at Medusa taverna in the fishing village of Mandrakia, on Milos.

While we’ve been unable to reach the owner of Medusa for comments, people who were present said he was seated in the taverna’s private dining area, housed in one of the traditional boathouses (or “syrmata”) for which the village is famous, and ordered the shrimp and the fava (split-pea dip).

Dimitris Tsakoumis, a blogger (insta: @dtsakoumis) who visited the fishing village, popular among bloggers and instagrammers thanks to the colorful doors of the syrmata, on the same day, spoke to the servers at the Medusa, who said Bieber also went nuts for their specialty, grilled sardines, and ordered four to-go boxes to bring back to the yacht.
Bieber has been posting photos from his vacation in the Cycladic islands on his Instagram account.
