This weekend is a good weekend to discover Greece, as all state-run museums and archeological sites will be free of charge in celebration of the European Heritage Days. In addition, audio tour company Clio Muse has announced that all of their available tours will also be free on Sunday, September 26.
With over 100 audio tours for Greece (find them all here), there is something of interest for everyone; from thematic tours to city tours to tours of most of the country’s archeological sites, perfect to pair with your visits to the sites this weekend.

All of the experiences consist of texts, audio narrations and maps, guiding travelers throughout the routes. Most are walking tours, but there is also a selection of virtual tours, complete with 360° images from Google Street View, on offer for those who’d like to take one from home.
To download your choice to your smartphone, add it to your cart on their website on Sunday, and purchase it for free using the code “allinclusive” at the checkout. You will then receive an email with simple instructions for how to activate your account, download and access the tour (you can access it via the Clio Muse Tours app, which is available for iOS and Android, or from your browser). For the best experience on a walking tour, you will need earphones.
It’s worth noting that while the offer is valid only on Sunday, downloaded tours from Clio Muse are available forever, meaning that you can listen to your tour at a later date.
