The airport on the Aegean island of Naxos is set for an upgrade after Deputy Development and Investments Minister Ioannis Tsakiris’ signed the decision to include the proposed works as part of the Operational Programme “Transport Infrastructure, Environment and Greek Growth 2014-2020”.
The project, budgeted at 23,07 million euros, will allow the island’s airport to receive direct international flights. [AMNA]
