Airline Germania To Fly To New Greek Destinations

The company has announced that it will add new Greek destinations to its network, and increase flights to airports already serviced.

The German airline Germania is expanding its reach, adding the Greek airports of Athens and Samos to its existing network of destinations for the summer period.

It will also be increasing the number of flights to Greek airports already serviced by the airline, namely those in Crete, Rhodes and Kos.

Germania has also announced that it is establishing new partnerships with Condor and the Greek airline Sky Express, thus improving connections and further expanding the destinations easily accessible by Germania’s passengers.

From the company’s press release:

“Sky Express flies to 14 beautiful destinations from Athens comfortably accommodating passengers from Germany. Initially, connections to Athens from Bremen and Nuremberg will be available, and further German departure airports will be added in 2018.”

“Germania has carefully considered its priorities and has broadened its presence,” said CEO Karsten Balke at the ITB Berlin tourism fair. “With more than 55 destinations, as well as a varied network that differentiates us from other airlines, and new partnerships, we are strengthening our business and are increasing our seating capacity by a quarter compared to last year.”

In order to accommodate the expansion, Germania will be adding four Airbus A319s to its fleet, bringing the number of aircraft it operates to a total of 29.
